During your session hypnosis and many other related techniques will be used to enable you to change at a very personal level. It is not something that is done to you, you are always in control as we work together allowing you to create powerful and long lasting patterns and happy life.
Once your appointment is scheduled I will send you an email and questionnaire tailored to your request. I will then meet with you and start the process to make the positive shifts the support you.
Don't feel comfortable discussing your issue on the phone?
This is not a problem! We can discuss it in my office, on zoom at your appointment time, you can text or send an email a very brief description of what you want to work on.
Feel uncomfortable without someone in the room?
Not a problem. While there are some guidelines, you can bring along a friend or partner to be with you during the work. Please consider, however, there may be things that come up that you may not be comfortable with that friend or partner in the room and holding back feelings and emotions may hinder your progress.
I’m ready for change - what do I do?
Go to my contact page and let me know what it is you are ready to change. I will send you a questionnaire tailored to your request. I will then meet with you and start the process to make the change.
